SWANN Represented at the 33rd Annual NANN Conference

SWANN received the Individual Chapter Award for Advocacy, Chapter Communication and Education awarded annually by NANN. This award celebrates the hard work and dedication by many SWANN members.

 

Karie Malin received the March of Dimes Graduate Nursing Scholorship. The March of Dimes offers scholarships annually to registered nurses enrolled in graduate programs of maternal-child nursing.

 

 



Rachael Edjou was part of the highly regarded Emerging Leader Program. 

This year-long program offers training sessions on a variety of leadership and management topics. 

 


Media Esser and Sara Anderson presented at a breakout session: Tiny People, Giant Problems: Commonly seen and treated Neonatal Skin Injuries.

Media also spoke at the NANN Learning Center

Rebecca Buchholtz had a poster presentation: NEC Rates in Preterm Infants Following and Enteral Feeding Tube Practice Change.
